All our design work is charged out either by the day, half day or for small projects, by the hour. We only ask for payment on the completion of a design project. All work in the draft stage is usually supplied by email as a JPEG image and then, before going to print, a print ready PDF file will be supplied for final approval. Our design rates are as follows

• Logo designs to be used in designs for print should be supplied in their native MASTER VERSION - Adobe Photoshop (PSD) Illustrator (AI) PDF or EPS
  
• Logo designs for REVAMP / OVERHAUL projects can be supplied in any format including web images, scanned, photographed or documents holding the image can be mailed to us from the CONTACT US page
  
• Images you wish to use within your designs (product shots, stock photography etc) should be of good quality, minimum of 300dpi and supplied in either JPEG (saved at maximum quality) or TIFF file formats
  

What is included with the logo design packages?

• All logos are designed on a 10" x 10" canvas and supplied as: Master (.PSD or. AI) for professional printing, Hi Res JPEG for self printing, Web optimised 100, 200, 400 and 600 pixel width JPEG's. All other formats supplied upon request

When am I liable to pay for the design?

• The draft stage of the design process is free - You are only asked for payment once you have agreed a final design. If stationery design is also required then payment for the logo must be recieved before stationery designs are initiated

• Additional work, such as e-mail templates, web graphics, flyer design etc will be charged at our standard hourly rate of £40 per hour. For ongoing work we offer this service at a discounted rate of £35 per hour

• Either photograph, scan or mail us your ideas and include your contact details and one of our designers will contact you on reciept and arrange to schedule you in to recieve your logo designs reproduced digitally. For this service we offer a £50 discount for providing the initial concept

• Once the design has been purchased in full from us, you become the legal owner and should treat the design as if you had designed it yourself. For information on trademarking etc, visit the UK Patent Office

• Once a design has been completed, we will send you a printed proof for you to check. If this meets your requirements we will send the design for print immediately and turnaround times are typically 5 working days. Service upgrades to 2 day and Nextday are available
